The management will not help you, The leads will not support/ address any of your complaint or concerns. Constantly being monitored as if you are working within a daycare. Leads are micromanaging techs. Night shift leads make up false work in order to meet quota to continue to be contacted through Intel. Turnover rate is high due to management and leads.
