They have these 'gang laws' which are their ethos. They do not actually abide by them.
They say that everybody has to contribute but when you do, you are told that you are not senior enough.
They have a heirarchy and do not treat everybidy equally.
I found that they do not make any reasonable adjustments, and refused to renew my contract based on my disability.
They keep giving you good feedback as if nothing is wrong and then suddenly you are told you are not performing as asked despite doing everything you were meant to and working countless free hours every week.
