Seniors are focused on impressing management and drag their associates through hell to impress the mgmt Work life balance is non existent you are expected to work 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week and be available 24x7, otherwise you are not regarded as a hardworking and dedicated employee Too much internal politics and you are promoted basis your good relations with manager, not quality of your work or dedication Heavy favouritism and nepotism too Managers are unprofessional and cannot lead People look u presentable and pass inappropriate comments HR doesn’t care and even if you complain, nobody listens If you care about your health and well-being, AVOID joining this place. Not worth it To top it off the infrastructure at DEL office is pathetic
