Nice people on the team but the management team was poor - Software QA Tester bei MSD: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The processes for the SDLC were bloated and over complicated. I spent 70% of my time filling out documents and ticking boxes and 30% actually testing. Management cares more about filling out forms in triplicate and ticking boxes than the job of testing. It was a really toxic environment and I saw on more than one occasion someone was screamed at when a task was not done according to the standards.(Turned out in one case the employee did not know how to do it but was too embarrassed to ask for help)
