      Safe environment, important mission, good pay.

      Kontras

      A lot of politics, a lot of restrictions and beaurocracy, on some projects arcane ways of doing engineering things. But there is many different worlds in this company, so perhaps in other parts this is better.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Kontras

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
