No structured training apart from soft-skills training available. 4. Model of Implementers and Managers is followed across the board. This leads to gap in terms of setting timelines for projects etc. Lack of transparency. 5. Majority of Managers are based out of developed countries [e.g. US], while most of implementers are based out of developing countries [e.g. India], leading to delay in decision making process due to time-zone differences. 6. Peers seem to be rather incompetent as compared to other workplaces.
