Not many, work life balance was good in my case.

Hire fast, fire fast. People are incredibly disposable. The hiring manager/report structure makes absolutely no sense. Everything is slow, outdated and disorganized. Everything is just project by project basis with no cohesiveness and no intention to keep good talent just use you and lose you.
