Horrible ever since Omnicom acquired IPG. No more unlimited time off (work here under 2 years, you get 10 days, after 5 you get 15, after 10 you get the max of 20. LOL). 401k is not matched per paycheck anymore and is paid out halfway through the next year??? So you have to be working here still to get matched at all and the matching % is also much lower. No holdiday time off around winter, just Christmas and Christmas Eve and New Years Day. New leadership is unfeeling and purposely obtuse when asked questions.
