I’ve really enjoyed being able to improve operational clarity at scale, building processes, governance structures, reporting workflows, and SOP frameworks that made complex environments more manageable and transparent

Like many large organizations, some workflows were held together by a mix of legacy processes, institutional knowledge, and determination. Priorities could shift quickly, and documentation/governance sometimes lagged behind operational reality. On the upside, it created a lot of opportunity for people who enjoy building structure, improving clarity, and solving operational problems
