Pros
The best thing about the company is the culture and the people. It is truly inspiring to work at a place where employees are treated fairly, and colleagues care for each other and their work. Compensation is adjusted for inflation, almost always without having to ask for it. Bonuses for Software Engineers are pretty decent and in many cases compensate for stock programs. Teams work with autonomy over their part of the product, with the liberty to decide when and how to deploy features. Teams decide over a big part of their own roadmap: Objectives are set by the company and teams are expected to work towards the company goals aligning with other teams. Ownership of one's own work is present everywore, as is high impact over the product being build.
Kontras
Right now, the company is gaining sturcture where there was none, and team boundaries, scope and responsibility are shifting. This is generating some friction between teams, but overall, the experience is positive IMHO.
