Pros

1. Mid level employees are great to work with and helpful

Kontras

1. Low salaries 2. They fire people whenever they want without any reason. Especially people on probation who are fired on the last day. 3. Decreasing revenues and markets are being closed down. The company is a sinking ship as investors are also pulling out 4. Founders and top management are clueless about what they want and they don't value their employees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are very sorry that you didn't have a great experience here at MODIFI. Lay offs are always difficult and frustrating. Like many other companies around the globe, MODIFI had to take difficult staff decisions, due to the macro envriment. Salaries are also a sensitive topic and we will try to be more transparent in the future and we aim to meet with industry standards. Pros

There were none, honestly. apart from a few good people.

Micromanagement. Business logic is not in place. Absolutely not compliant with laws. Internal processes don't process information based on facts. The organisation says it wants quality but they run behind quantity.

Die Engineering-Abteilung leidet unter der zentralisierten Leitung einer einzelnen Person, was sich negativ auf die Teammoral und die Entscheidungsfindung auswirkt. Es kam zu diskriminierendem Verhalten gegenüber Mitarbeitern unterschiedlicher Nationalität. Die Führungskräfte, einschließlich des CTO, der das Engineering-Team direkt leitet, treffen Entscheidungen oft auf der Grundlage persönlicher Stimmungen statt einheitlicher, professioneller Standards. Insgesamt mangelt es der Abteilung an Professionalität und strukturiertem Management.
