Pros
Small league and office setting allowed for a hands on experience in many different areas related to league operations. Great group of people to work with in a relaxed setting.
Kontras
The only downside I can think of is the lack of structure in the internship program. If anything, the small amount of employees in the league HQ already have so much on their plate that interns are almost just along for the ride.
