Pros
Very tight nit office with everyone able to approach one anther and feel connected to each others work. It is a great place for young sports professionals to get a taste of what it is like to work for a league office. The senior staff there is not only great at what they do but also great at teaching those who intern there .
Kontras
Smaller league so there are a few limitation that come with that. This however provides the opportunity for one to think outside the box but that can slow the process at times.
