Pros

Working with bunch of Amazing people very friendly and very helpful. That's about it.

Kontras

The management is highly out of touch, consisting of individuals who have been with the company since its inception but lack real experience or leadership skills from other organizations. Their outdated, "boomer" mentality stifles a productive work environment. Simple interactions with colleagues during work hours are frowned upon, as they equate conversation with laziness. The working hours are brutal—10 hours straight, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with a constant feeling of being watched. While only management is allowed to work from home, employees are denied this flexibility, which seems absurd. UK management frequently makes unreasonable requests that are nearly impossible to achieve, clearly unaware of what’s happening in the Malaysian office. Bonuses are unfairly distributed, typically given only to those who are close to the head of department (HOD), and even then, the maximum amount is just one month's salary—despite the substantial profits the company makes. It's an unjust system.

Pros

None. Most of the positive reviews are driven by management to improve overall ratings. If you want a clearer picture of how the company actually operates, check out the reviews on Trustpilot.

Kontras

There is minimal guidance at this company, it’s largely reliant on self-learning rather than structured support. Reporting to multiple managers often creates conflicting priorities, leading to task overload and inefficiencies. Frequent changes in direction result in repeated rework, with little clarity or alignment even for larger initiatives due to the lack of structured communication or meetings. Performance is often “rewarded” with more work instead of recognition—high performers are given additional responsibilities, including tasks outside their job scope, and are expected to support other departments regardless of relevance to their role. This creates an unsustainable workload and dilutes focus. Additionally, there is little to no clear career progression, and many employees leave due to the lack of growth opportunities, contributing to a high turnover rate. Most employee benefits have been removed, with no bonuses or meaningful incentives to motivate performance. There is a strong culture of micromanagement and lack of trust in employees. Working hours can be long (up to 10 hours continuously) with minimal breaks and restrictions on phone usage. There have been instances of unprofessional behavior by the top management, including public scolding of employees and shouting across the office, which contributes to a toxic atmosphere. Transparency from management is also lacking, particularly during system issues or operational disruptions, leaving employees uninformed and disengaged.

Pros

These 5 star reviews are made by management themselves to make it seem like this is a "good" company. They are at their downfall, don't apply here. it used to be a good place to build and get experience, now its not.

Kontras

Everything is in shambles, all thanks to the management who somehow got the title to be a manager even though their working experience is only here at this company. So out of touch with other employees. You work 7-5pm, 10 hours. no work life balance. I heard money is tight right now, so not a lot of benefits. No ones happy here. The ones that do are probably the managers 'favourite'. Even the smallest mistakes (such as being on the phone for five minutes) can lead to a warning letter, with management quick to question your productivity. There is a clear double standard in work arrangements; managers are allowed to work from home twice a week, while employees are strictly required to be in the office. Despite this, managers still question employees’ productivity even when they are not consistently online during their own remote days, and some leave as early as 3 PM when working from the office. This lack of accountability and unequal treatment shows how much the management is 'fair' and has 'leadership integrity'.
