Staff are not valued and are now routinely being forced to recompete their roles. Morale has plummeted as employees constantly look over their shoulder rather than focus on their jobs. Collaboration has been replaced by territorialism. Technical experts with little or no customer domain knowledge or people skills are being hired into leadership roles. Staff development and career path are now virtually nonexistent. Staff are running for the exits.
