Pay scale is not good. Growth in terms of salary is relatively slow.

-No cabins on purpose to let mangers always pry your desktop, so always active -Good to learn new things with a helpful team -Business communication well nourished due to one to one exposure to global clients

-Salary hike always low , pay scale not revised for worthy -Less staff , hence overburdened and extra stress to all -Staff leaves always an issue -No appreciation -Extra working hours -Stagnant technology, no much knowledge gain
