Pros

It appears management has hired more or different staff and they seem to have a reasonable response time, but they still seem to never have a direct answer to questions.

Kontras

They do not practice performance reviews, which means there is no documentation when you request a raise. In the past they did not respond to important inquiries or send benefit information changes in a timely fashion. One year they sent out the flexible spending account information two days before it was due and it was the week of Christmas.

Pros

Great company. Great account managers. Good benefits. Great company culture. Good training. Great resources. IT guys are amazing. Experienced women owned company. The owners take care of their employees (lunches, BBQs, etc.)

Kontras

Promotions could be better tied to long term performance, but they do offer many incentives for making monthly quotas. Sometime favoritism is shown to the established employees- has a negative effect on morale.

Pros

The company has good clients and placement strategy that will match you well with the job you are seeking. They also get you a decent pay rate if you are seeking contract work.

Kontras

They work very slow. Your resume may not be the first one on clients desk. They do not stay in regular touch and provide feedback/update on applied position sometimes you don't hear from them for weeks even after leaving messages.
