The Pay Rate is awesome.

Midcom and the company that i was working for didn't recognize or celebrate the same holidays so at times there were confusion.

It appears management has hired more or different staff and they seem to have a reasonable response time, but they still seem to never have a direct answer to questions.

They do not practice performance reviews, which means there is no documentation when you request a raise. In the past they did not respond to important inquiries or send benefit information changes in a timely fashion. One year they sent out the flexible spending account information two days before it was due and it was the week of Christmas.
