- some nice people within the company

Kontras

- 2 rounds of layoffs within a year - a lot of change in leadership, leading to multiple changes in company direction - some leaders are incredibly harsh and unprofessional - product does not compete with competitors - no budgets for anything, making it nearly impossible to hit goals and see results - overall it feels like the company is dying, so they’re scrambling to switch gears and find something that works
