Trainings are good. Lots of on the job training. Suppliers get payments on time
Kontras
1) high politics- your hardwork is less important than your closeness to boss. 2) negotiate as much salary as you can. Once you enter, you never know your growth path. You will see new joinees and MT with less or zero experience having much higher salary than yours 3) unrealistic expectations and no clarity- you will do stuff outside your KRA just to please your boss. Targets are too steep and there is little consideration for non delivery unless you are very close to your boss. 4) HR- human resource is good for nothing. Work life balance of the employees are in a mess.
