Co-workers are great, good place to learn about the health care industry as it relates to government programs. Great employee benefits

Difficult to transfer departments or positions even with advanced education. Human Resources is not very involved with staff and not very knowledgeable; advises exiting employees that they cannot rollover their 401K until a year after they have left; which is untrue. Upper management tends to hire within a group of personal friends even when they may have little experience. Decision makers have little if any experience with how policy affects provider offices and claims. High turnover in the customer service department.
