      Not much. Maybe remote working opportunity, however, now we cannot do that, as it will be a full time office job

      Pros

      My experience with MDPI has been great. Their staff is professional and organized, and there's no shadiness in regards to pay. They provide training and English Editing guides, and there is room for advancement in the company.

      Training was brief; however, sources and trainer are available beyond the training period.
