Everything else. Low pay and a chance to get higher pay/opportunity is tied to an unclear performance review process that leaves you wondering what the connection there is. Company relies on employees' interest in the sector, rather than incentivizing them with standard perks - i.e. a clear and efficient path to promotion, recognition etc. deadlines that are impossible to meet and severely impact work/life balance.
