From my experience, the work-life balance has been great. Flex-time allows a level of flexibility, and workload is overall not too high. Projects can be interesting and engaging. Office culture is friendly.
Kontras
Pay is significantly below industry average, and upper management is not addressing it. As a result, the turnover rate in the Richmond office has been astronomical, with few replacements. Upper management tends to resort to gaslighting rather than addressing employee concerns.
