Avoid at all costs - Management bei MDA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The culture is toxic, forget about growing or developing in the company unless you one of the few chosen ones. I was headhunted from europe to support a high profile program but right from the get go when i landed in Vancouver they started regining in on there promises and the role was nothing like it was supposed to be. I felt really shanghied by the management and HR was a joke they had no integrity at all just drones. I ended up leaving after 2 years and had diffculty in finding a new job as they would not give me a reference for no reason at all. I worked hard for them it was not my fault that the culture sucks.
