There is too much inner politics drama, some of the oldest people in the company are too worried about pushing their own power agendas to the whole company, and waste other's team efforts, instead of focusing in productivity or sales. Communication between departments is very low. C-suite officers are rarely seen and won't care about inspire leadership or things like that. You will be tracked for every move you make in the office - your phone, email and cellphone (with the company app), every time you go out of the office. Sales people will be tracked for every meeting with clients. Extremely strict HR policies. You will be clinical tested -blood, urine- for EVERYTHING before you sign a contract. Women are tested for pregnancy. Very strict HR policies in general, and don't care about changing them in the near future. People in general come to office with a very low energy, like everyone is here just for the money and run the moment the clock is 7:00 PM. When I've talked with others they say they feel miserable about the work environment, but are afraid to express it. Most of the managers seem to think is normal being like this.
