      Pros

      Flexi hours are really good Work is varied and interesting Team are kind, helpful, interested in my work and happy to answer questions Great food, coffee, drinks and snacks on site. (Fair prices!!) Big car park (& bike sheds + showers for cyclists) Literally 0 issues with other co-workers. Everyone seems to really get along

      Not pushed as much as expected... helps to be very self motivated! Undergraduates get far less training than graduates, mainly so undergrads who return don't repeat training but it means wasting time learning things which would have been taught better on a course

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
