Pros
Good flexitime and benefits as well as being happy to pay overtime for extra hours. Lots of technical or management work depending on what you're looking for. Good annual bonus.
Kontras
The pay structure is unclear and it is hard to get a straight answer about how pay is calculated. You are judged against a bell curve so this can make it hard to get good scores just because there are others who are performing well above their grade (I.e. Should have been promoted). It is hard to establish what the procedure is for promotion.
