No flow or structure, or opportunity to learn and grow. Boss is wish-washy, undermines the staff and their work, rude, not empathetic and only rewards "yes" people. Plus, there's no support. Those in "senior" management have fake titles and no job descriptions. Clients are sold the dream to be with a luxury agency, but staff are working over-time and promised good change - only for it to never come and the same toxic cycle repeats itself.
