CEO has too much time on his hands to gossip. He created a culture of hierarchy, gossip, complaints and victimhood. They installed a video system, so that he could watch all of us through his iPhone. He'd run into our side of the office when he'd suspect we weren't working like robots. And yes, we were expected to be robotic and follow rules and yet act "like a family." I was hired for my creatiivty and because they wanted "smart" people. But when I would take initiative, I'd be told to not be "so creative." Okay. The CEO also is moody and sometimes tears through the office. Some mornings, you'd arrive and find him re-organizing a whole closet. He didn't have much executive work to actually do. I highly recommend you be homeless instead of working at this wacky joint.
