I worked there for many years and I learned how to work in a fast paced design studio environment, collaborate with different departments from engineering to business development and manufacturing facilities. As a designer you get to see your designs come to life from concept stages to production and it's all in one place; which can be very fulfilling to see all your hard work come to fruition. If you really want to work and learn more about the office furniture industry Mash Studios is a really great place to start your career. They design great quality products for their clients with authentic materials and their client list is quite impressive.

Working on a fast paced design studio has its drawbacks sometimes the workload can be overwhelming and it does get very stressful. There were times I felt like I was overworked and it was hard to balance my personal life with work. There wasn't much room for growth in my department, but some other departments do have it.

when there was revenue - the kitchen was stocked, there was enough colleagues / employees to fulfill deadlines, etc.

when the revenue dried up - so did everything else, including everyone's jobs
