This company is well known for not paying salaries of their employees on time. There will always be salary backlogs. All the good people already left. Most of the people don't do anything and always involved in politics.
Senior people are good and transparent, those people don't have much choice but to listen to the management, even though they are well aware of their stupidity.
The future of this company is already in darkness.
No value of the designation that they will give you. It's just to make you feel better.
If you make up your mind to leave this organization don't even think about getting your salary of Notice period. Because the time will never come all you will get is new date only.
