Micromanagement, lack of communication within departments,management does little to nothing to ease workload, underpaid for required workload, antiquated systems to work in, repetitive and arduous data entry in said antiquated systems, endless incoming phone calls while trying to balance impossible case load. Inability to keep a staff because the job is so taxing and mentally exhausting. People literally go on FMLA because they can’t take the stress of the workload.
