Easy to grow when you are willing to work, Management shows appreciation to people who are willing to take responsability, lots of talented people that stay humble, good coffee, great to improve your ping pong game, very nice and light office space, Beijing is a great city (except for the pollution)

Long working hours, hard to have anything else besides work, not so much design input as most comes from one hand...
