We have a great team of employees and there's always so much to learn, time flies and it's very interesting work. The training is great, pay rates are great, I get an annual bonus which is based on performance, I have a 401K that the company contributes to whether I contribute or not, I get paid vacation time and I can get time off anytime I want it, no questions asked. We all support each other. Most everyone understands the importance of great customer service which is our priority as well as the importance of each position in the company. Drivers are our customers as well and the owner's wife values her relationship with all our drivers. Both owners care very much about their employees. The owner's wife, especially, will go above and beyond for any employee in need of her assistance, she regularly tells us she has an open door policy and never to hesitate to speak up. The owner's wife, has high expectations for herself and the individuals she hires. She, as well as management, does not tolerate deceit or drama. The management's team goal is to build a great team of honest people who are serious about their careers and want to grow with the company. Some people ruin it for themselves. Although some overtime exists, the company keeps an eye on too much overtime. We only get three breaks per shift.
We only have cake once a month to celebrate birthdays. We don't have pizza on Fridays as often as I'd like.
