There have been many instances where Director doesn't follow the hierarchy and allots work to the team members on his own without keeping the manager in loop due to which there are lot of concerns while handling a team. Team stays demotivated all the time due to no fun activities and always work even on holidays. There is no over-time allowance too given to managers.
