Bullying and misleading clients - EMDR Therapist bei M.R. Smith: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor working conditions, I was working from a server cupboard seeing clients. I was threatened by the director not to contact any clients after I had left. Bullied by clinical lead and not allowed time off to see my gp. Line manager told me to do cbt even though I was not trained in modality, she told me she did it and she was not trained. Staff are frightened to challenge management as the ceo works in employment law. Requited to see 6 clients a day and no break. Newly qualified counsellors dealing with complex cases, also 100s clients on waiting lists. Under cut competitor's get the work, then don't deliver. Not client centred driven by profit !
