You need to have a personal friendship or flirt with senior management to move up and get special privileges that other employees don't get. If you are a girl who don't play that game you might find yourself laid off, or harrassed until you leave. Plus low pay, no regular raises or bonus. Producers are not bringing enough new business. Clients and employees are leaving on regular basis.
