      Great team, fun work, AMAZING BOSS!

      Having to deal with downsizing, and the workload wasn't as busy as I'd normally prefer. Had to ask for promotion opportunities repeatedly because the regional manager didn't think I would want a promotion.

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Kontras

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
