      -Busy hours offers more bonuses now than they used to when I started in 2016. -Passengers in Phoenix have been courteous

      -The Lyft filter that lets you select a destination to head to doesn't always work. I once got a ride that was 20 minutes out of the way while heading home and the ride itself was only 3 minutes.

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Kontras

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
