Organization is at prime location i.e. ( D. N. Nagar) Admin is very good , they do have facility to order food for employees (As employees have to seat late in evening till 12:00 a.m.) and of course many time employees have to shell out money for food which is promised by Admin that they will reimburse which is not require to fullfill :) Fresher can test their tolerance limit and can learned how to deal with worst management here. People can learn how IT organization can have fire from work policies as they are removed without any notice and appropriate reason

No work policies. No Employee engagement Program. (I heard they had capable HR year back they removed her for unknown reason) I also heard that once MD told employees that he will replace complete staff as he is not having good staff (Blames are on employee part rather of employer)

Pros ??? People with no experience or from any field will be hired for technical background titles and hence we can start our career into a technical background as Developer/QA/BA even your education does not matters here. Once you join here you will be struggling to work without proper training or experienced employees guidelines as there are none.

Salary is a huge issue here, they will pay you less in the start and then promise to increase it later but you will never find them proving their words right. Idiotic people work here. Management people highly includes family members so they are always given more importance. There is lot of partiality with old employees. After joining Lunetta you will find your personal life crushed and vanished. No Benefits provided, it will be really good if they could provide deserving salary according to market.
