Pros

I love the fact that I am to work from the comfort of my home and the flexible hours. My co-workers are easy to work with and although we are not physically in an office, we still work as a team.

Kontras

Although I have flexible hours, there are times I have to be up early for some of my clients on the east coast.

Genuinely nice people who work hard and want to make a difference in the industry. The CEO and the other leaders are open to feedback and strive for the company to get better with each execution. On the leading edge of AI and EdTech.

Kontras

Some of the team is in India so scheduling calls can be challenging.

Pros

I am part of the IT/Marketing team at Lumos. Having previously worked in large companies, I am finding this opportunity in a small company set up very rewarding. I work closely with customers and build some cool stuff. The vision and commitment of the team are phenomenal. The experience is comparable to working at a research lab in an IVY league school. You will love it here if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and solving challenging problems.

Kontras

Company needs to hire more people to support sales, hr and marketing. Benefits are mediocre. Rapid growth and small crew results in unexpected work on a regular basis. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a lot of structure and direction.
