By actually documenting our processes, it feels like we’re building something that’s actually going to stick around for the long haul.

The new systems are designed to make sure we’re all pulling our weight, but I know that’s a big shift. We’re moving past the "check the box" mentality and toward real ownership. If you’re used to the informal, loose feel of a startup, this is definitely a change

Was told my job was protected. Given how they fire to keep th bottom line above water, unsure. The new CEO is trying.

This company fired most of its workforce because they were operating at a loss due to the current executive team failing and spending too much. Nothing has changed. This is a paycheck factory for the c-suite. The company cannot scale because leadership doesn’t know how to do that. The most recent positive review is a total plant(if it wasn’t obvious enough). The only secure jobs are if you have a C starting your title. It’s a shame investors in this company don’t do anything about this. Besides that, this is a zero culture workplace. Zero. You make your money and you go. As AI ramps up, the value of this company decreases. Bottom line, stay away if you value job security or a nice place to work.
