Flight benefit. Nice colleagues. Gaining airline knowledge. Chance to work overseas if you are flexible. Depends on your department, they could give you flexible working hours.

Kontras

Their priority is about cost cutting and not customer service and efficiency. Wasting money on short sighted business plans. Top management is out of touch. Low wage considering the stress and responsibility. Not much career development.
