Leadership seems lacking. Hard to see path for advancement or future of the firm. Overall atmosphere has gone down hill, with many well-liked and respected people leaving or being fired. Lack of a "pyramid" structure between partners and associates creates concern about long range financial stability and possibility for advancement of associates and competitive compensation for partners.
