Location was excellent! The Partners, Associates and Administrative team was great and very informative.

The firm merged and laid off many including the department I worked for.

Nice people, many good clients, nice office locations. Traditionally they were supportive of part-time option and work-balance, though seems less that way recently.

Leadership seems lacking. Hard to see path for advancement or future of the firm. Overall atmosphere has gone down hill, with many well-liked and respected people leaving or being fired. Lack of a "pyramid" structure between partners and associates creates concern about long range financial stability and possibility for advancement of associates and competitive compensation for partners.
