Potential for growth if willing to starve for pennies on the dollar

Kontras

Lack of information and effort from supervisors for raises and getting signed off on things. Ppe is only mandatory for safety meetings until it breaks and you get the run around for weeks things were ordered. No one is ever accountable for anything wrong. Its always pushed onto someone else.
