Not an honest company to work for - Laborer bei Lucas Tree Experts: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Terrible working conditions in the southern areas. Working in 98 + degree weather whilst owners knowingly buy their fleet trucks with no a/c installed. They do not follow mandated working regulations by allowing workers their breaks. Management and supervisors were never known to keep their word. Out the many problems I dealt with in my time working with Lucas I feel I should mention that the reason I left the company was because they failed to pay me my full check for overtime that that I worked long and hard for. 78hrs to be exact is how much I was supposed to be compensated for by Lucas tree. They split that time into two different checks which caused me to be taxed twice for a check I should’ve received once. Notified HR and supervisors and was told there was nothing that could be done do so I left. I received my last check a week later only to realize that check was also short 2hrs. Happened before quite a few times even with other coworkers and many different scenarios of employees not being paid.
