Great colleagues, some manager are great, upper management believes they are better than the actual people who produce.

Kontras

Low pay rates, commissions are not consistent and company does not keep others updated on changes. New lay-offs were handled unprofessionally by management. Will make you feel as if you are the reason for the downfall of the company.

The C&P process is rewarding and an opportunity to make a difference. Flexible and intellectually interesting.

Kontras

This is not about C&Ps but about the absolute dysfunction of every part of their administrative systems. Exams are reviewed by people who truly do not understand the VAs process and it is very frustrating.
