hard to be assigned to challenging clients

They really support all the clients and staff. I've seen upper management come in to do support staff work because we'd be that shorthanded

The amount of burnout and poor work-life balance really kills. Since it's salaried I can't earn more if I work on the weekends or after-hours. There is no policy in place to help reduce it either.
