The staff doing the work (cutting, production, designing, marketing, logistics, sales) are all wonderful and talented people. Founder and CEO has great knowledge on textile recycling

The Founder and CEO lacks leadership skill. The company has potential to have a rich culture but can’t get there due to the founders ego, lack of leadership and treating staff like his minions. The founder talks over people, cuts them off, puts their ideas down, has an inflated sense of his own ideas/opinions/skills, often acts as if he can do everyone else’s job better than them, is disrespectful to staff and counsels/puts them down in front of others and is passive-aggressive.
